   What an interesting plant! I’ve never seen anything like it. And yes, it’s fits the Red or Green prompt perfectly 🙂

     The plant itself is a rose. The “Pin Cushion” is a parasitic growth made by a wasp

       They are colourful, lends the rose interest long after the blooms have gone. But they are parasites. But then, so is mistletoe
