When trading’s a problem…
The soon-to-be king needs land for his house. But the only available land belongs to the eblann, an ancient shamanic order.
Detah says to deal for it using the eblann’s much valued green-feather herb which is currently in her keeping.
The soon-to-be king refuses to deal with the eblann for land that will remain in his kingly line far beyond the foreseeable future. He asks Detah to deal on his behalf.
But Detah is also an eblan, and the eblann are forbidden to deal amongst themselves.

I’ve published the story once, on Amazon. But I’ve withdrawn it. Not happy. I am now greatly improving it. And it won’t go back out on Amazon. I’m looking at ways to offer my books free of charge. Apparently I can do it with Google Play. And I can do it through this site.
But that’s a way off as yet, so no fret.
