And no walk would be complete without at least one butterfly pic. Although we saw many more than this Speckled Wood, only this one settled long enough to take its photograph 🔽

Thank you, Sadje. I love it when I can capture a shy deer. We’d seen one earlier in the walk springing its way across a meadow far too speedy to grab the pic!
