My chosen title here is obvious. Something has given this fungus and accompanying herbage a thorough dusting. My guess is it’s fungus spores.

Nature is just so beautiful!

Indeed.
This is probably the last Sunday Fungi for a while. I’m thinkig of replacing it with Sunday Picture Post, just one photo, or maybe two, that I’ve taken during the previous week (or month if it happens for any reason that I can’t get out with the camera), and for the most part they’ll feature British wild flowers, rivers and trees.

This is an amazing idea. I would love to watch nature through your camera. ❤️

Well, stay tuned, as they (used to) say. I was out with the camera yesterday, got some wonderful epitome of spring shots. And I shall probably be out again later this week. Who knows what the camera will find. 🙂

Not that I tire of your fungi. I think no matter what you share, it will be beautiful.

This reminded me of how much I took nature for granted. I did not abuse it. But I feel like I did not love it enough back in my childhood when I live in the jungle of the Philippines rainforest. Back then I played with mushrooms 😀

One of the reasons for the regular post is to open eyes to what’s around them. Too often we walk on by without acknowledgement or look, and who can say when it’ll all be gone.

I am bereft at the thought of Crispina without fungi. Promise me you’ll get athlete’s foot! 😉

Hey, don’t wish that on me. The fungi will return. I haven’t yet emptied my store. But flowers are blooming … need I say more?

OK, flowers in your hair instead of fungi on your feet. I can live with that. You can, too.
