I enjoyed them! It’s the first time I’ve seen a tamarix, but they look so gorgeous! The sea bindweed is absolute awesomeness. 🤩

Exactly! 👍 I’ve done a search and found that tamarix flowers are not only salt-tolerant, but they are also tolerant to wind and drought. I think it’s the tamarix ramosissima shown here.

Since I live on the coast, most of my adventures are ‘inland’. Though I have done rather a lot of coastal visits this summer, because of the heat, not wanting to travel too far away
