Hope you enjoyed. We did. It was a wonderful walk, culminating in a wonderful lunch. Though I will say it was a trifle windy!

Don’t forget Friday Flyers, though I didn’t manage to photograph many

Lovely – especially those juicy blackberries reminded me of going blackberry picking when I was a child. The elderberries look good too itโ€™s been over 15 years since I last made elderberry wine – I have to say it was a particularly good vintage – blew your socks off ๐Ÿท ๐Ÿงฆ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

  4. These are gorgeous and look good enough to eat! Did you know the Girl Scouts sell a shortbread cookie called Trefoil? It’s one of my faves and perfect with tea, but sometimes I just gotta have a decadent Samoa!

Just been eating blackberries myself this morning. They’re considered an invasive species in much of the U.S., but their fruit redeems them (somewhat).
