🔽 I’m no expert on grasses but I’m guessing this is a sedge. But there being so many species of sedge, I’m not going to say more than that

🔽 Quite a collection of plants here. At the centre is Herb Robert which has a small pink flower. As to the fern, I’m guessing that’s a Buckler fern, but which one, don’t know

Gorgeous as always. Believe it or not I have a photo of a local flower coming up this afternoon! It was not taken this year- but since the buds are now on our trees- it will be popping up soon!

Beautiful selection those poppies are gorgeous and no I can’t see the butterfly I’ve looked really hard I thought it might be the blue spot on BG the brown sheep but I think it’s a tag!!

It’s on the yellow flowers against that sloping fence that looks like it falls into the river. It’s a white butterfly
