🔼 A shoe and/or boot scraper. These used to be a common sight outside every door along the street. Yet here there was no door in sight. Weird. How did it get here? 🔽 I liked this gate, and I liked the colours, the way that yellow cast a warm glow

Thank you. Dale. So many visits to that coastal town. We’ve stayed there many times too, over the years. But always my photos are of the pier, the sea, the cliffs, the birds. It was time for a change

It was also a trial run. I want to do a similar treatment for Norwich. But being a city, it’ll be more of a challenge. Yet it’s full of history, much of it neglected
