It’s so funny because I was JUST thinking how bread has become this “evil thing” – yet it is the food of life in so many cultures. I, myself, cut back and felt I was missing something… Balance is key. And this poem is perfectly balanced.

Thank you, Dale. I don’t eat bread, but that’s because I have a sensitivity to gluten, and I keep my carbs low… which allows me to pig out on protein & fats!
