Some of the photos of fungi seen on our walk to Burlingham Woods 31st October. If you’re a fungi-freak like me, then I know you’ll enjoy
These represent only half the fungi seen on that walk. I promise I’ll show you the rest once I’ve caught up on later walks! Hope you enjoyed.
Love them, I actually got a couple of fungi photos yesterday when I went out on a tour. The guide was most helpful π

That’s great. Beware, you’ll soon become as addicted as me!

I really did not know there were so many varieties.

This is just a fraction! Fungi was the first form of life, and all life depends on it… yes, even us!

Love the variety – and am well aware that you have found and will continue to find so many more!

The season is coming to an end, though there’ll still be the odd one about. And I do have a huge backlog to keep this feature going for a while

Oh, you’ll find them if they are there π

Well, they do pop up throughout the year, but not in sufficient numbers to devote a full post to them

However…. you, of all people, could find enough π
