Here’s how it works:
Every Wednesday I post a photo (this week it’s that one above.)
You respond with something CREATIVE
Here are some suggestions:
- An answering photo
- A cartoon
- A joke
- A caption
- An anecdote
- A short story (flash fiction)
- A poem
- A newly minted proverb, adage or saying
- An essay
- A song—the lyrics or the performance
You have plenty of scope and only two criteria:
- Your creative offering is indeed yours
- Your writing is kept to 150 words or less
If you post a link in the comments section of this post I’ll be able to find it
If you include Crimson’s Creative Challenge as a heading, WP Search will find it (theory)
by ‘Searching’ in the WP Reader (fingers crossed)
Here’s wishing you inspirational explosions. And FUN
You’ve been spying on my allotment, I can tell but here’s some advice at https://bobfairfield.org/2022/03/23/crimsons-creative-challenge-176-greenhouse-tips-and-tricks/

Hi Crispina,
I love that greenhouse even in its tattered condition.
I could grow my orchids in there and they’d shine.
Great photograph this week … Isadora 😎

Thank you, Isadora. I love old places like this. And I especially loved that birch which had taken root inside the greenhouse… at least 20 years back!

Isn’t it incredible the way a plant or tree can grow even in the most unusual places? I enjoy old and odd places too. Have a wonderful weekend … 😎

I try to keep them varied. Sometimes I think I’ve made it too obscure, sometimes too obvious. Always great to see the responses 🙂

Thanks! Schedule’s been kooky and will be kooky for a time, but I’m always glad to try when I can. 🙂

I thought the photo was very interesting and inspiring (you took a lovely picture!) and so I thought I’d participate. This is my first contribution to your writing challenge, but I doubt it will be the last! Lovely! Thanks Crispina!
