Open to blue, the day is new.
Block the moves… approves.
Lights. Camera. Action.
Fade to grey.

Thank you. That line jumped into mind and wouldn’t go
Love this because I came ‘thisclose” to writing a similar piece!
It kinda yells, doesn’t it.
That’s the perfect description of a Shooting day. In what? 4 lines! Wow! Excellent.
Thanks, Jen. Means a lot. 🙂
It’s exactly what happens! btdt In all kinds of weather!
I think I might have taken it from the many many extras included on DVDs 🙂
Oh! Another story comes to mind about extras. Yikes! Anyways lol
Go for it 🙂
Incidences I have would be old enough. But how interesting would they be. I was thinking about the time I cast 100’s of extras for Young Blood (The Rob Lowe Movie). Keanu was I think 16ish at the time. Sweet kid.
The extras were put through Hell on set (Night shooting in a Hockey Arena.)
See, there’s a start… told you you have stories to tell 🙂
But what would I call it? And would it seem like name dropping?
Depends how you handle it.
True. Maybe just an insiders look what happened during different Movies or TV shows I worked on in my many roles (Actor, Casting, Coordinator etc.) Hmmm Seriously thinking.
If you show yourself to be legitimately involved, it won’t come across as name dropping… a what names you do include, you pepper sparingly
Like no photos of Keanu or Rob as cute young men? (For the movie of course) 😁
I have a page of my credits on The Internet Movie Database. No doubt of legitimacy. It’s all there.
Jen, I don’t doubt it. I’m just saying to include your role in whatever is going on, so you have a reason to be telling the story
Sure, of course. That’s what the story would be about. 🙂
Thanks for your advice 😊💜
Pleasure, always 🙂
Simply the greatest way to make the point of the subject.
