I like graffiti. Maybe it’s my (long-long ago) Art School training (graphic design). So yet again I’ve been unable to resist.

Thanks. I shall certainly check out the line, Though perhaps not right this moment as three days of eating beet/chard leaves has given me a migraine. When will I learn? Beets and spinach are the same family; if one affects me, it’s odds on the other will. Drat and double drat. I could never be a vegetarian.

I tried the vegetarian route once. And discovered I had a major problem with beans. And brassicas. I’ve only recently recognised the beet problem. Meanwhile. as far as I know I have absolutely no problem with meat, and dairy, and fish, and eggs. So guess what’s on my menu. Though I do eat veg.

I eat vegetarian meals regularly… but I won’t give up my meat. And I could never give up cheese, eggs, and anything else those wacko Vegans give up…

I was watching a very interesting (but openly anti-vegan) video on YouTube last week. Very thought-provoking. No, never give up my yummies. and now I’m on Keto, I don’t have to. Ever. And I’m losing weight. Yay!

Well… to each his own, I say. If you can remain healthy on your vegan diet, more power to you. I, on the other hand shall remain who I am…
