I knew the Plantagenet family took their name from a flower, I believe Jeffery wore in his cap? But I did not know it was a tree flower- nor that it was yellow…. I am going to have to update my card catalogue of a brain on the origins of the name Plantagenet….

What a beautiful collection of plants – I especially love the Broom and buttercups and ghat solitary dandelion taking centre stage amongst the bluebells πŸ™Œ
