Walking is also very good for our health. Some people don’t even walk. The more you walk, the younger you will feel.

Except the walk I had this week. I live in a flat area. Mostly Hills are gentle. Mostly. But there are former gravel quarries now given over to heathland and woodland. Quarries are steep-sided. I love to climb hills, but it took me a day to recover from that 😫
