A selection of the delightful flowers we found during our walk on 23rd April 2025 . Enjoy
š¼ Bluebells, newly out and only now beginning to droop their heads in true English fashion š½
Two woodland dreams š¼ Wood anemone and š½ Wood sorrel
Wayside flowers: š¼ Spring beauty and š½ Cranesbill
š¼ No introduction needed here
Two shrubs with fruits you’d probably be wise not to eat: š¼ Flowering currant and š½ Bird cherry
Marsh and wetland flowers: š¼ Marsh marigold and š½ Red currant
And this last one, alas, it’s name I don’t know!
I’ve held back on the many photos I took of bluebells. Mostly because there were so many other flowers. But I promise you more of those next week
I hope you enjoyed.

So beautiful šš

They are all lovely, but in case you were wondering. I think I liked the dandelion best
