New challenge, new name, but the rules are still the same.
Every Wednesday I’ll post FOUR photos (if you want to get a head start you’ll find them marked in that week’s Sunday Picture Post and Tuesday Treats). Lots of choice!
And here there are:
You respond with something CREATIVE. Perhaps an answering photo, or micro-fiction, or a poem, or just a caption
As before, there are only two criteria:
!!!!! Your creative offering is indeed yours !!!!!
!!!!! Your writing is kept to 150 words or less !!!!!
If you post a link in the comments section of this post I’ll be able to find it.

When a tree falls and dies, its spirit flees. It may flee to another tree. Or perhaps to a caterpillar. Or you might find it looking out of the base of a blossom. But you are unlikely to find it at all. For the forest spirits watch, quietly, silently, eternally. They were here before men and women trod these woods, and they will endure long after the humans have departed. So tired carefully, lest they take regard of you. It will not be the rattle of a snake or the growling of a bear, but perhaps a thorn or mosquito that brings you low. And perhaps you may never be able to leave the first at all.

I can’t always respond right away too. We are soul mates in that arena. 🤗
At the moment we’re getting ready for another head-on hurricane. Florida might drown. The floods are impassable. The water is rising everywhere. I live on a lake. Not Good😫 We were still prepared because we hadn’t put anything away.
I will post as I feel less stressed. I can’t write when I’m stressed.
