Some of the more “colourful” details from our walk 7th November 2023. Enjoy…
A garden tree, I haven’t a name for it, but I do have a word: Stunning!
Dogwood filtering the sun…
The humble bramble…
Wayside colours… and late bloomers…
Berries…
of the Spindle tree
… and of the bryony’s vine
And this flash of red that caught my eye..
That’s all for today. Hope you enjoyed. Fungi on Friday!
Lovely photos

Oh yes. What a difference when it comes to photography! (And let’s face it, taking a walk in the sun is usually more enjoyable than under grey skies.)

Tis true. But sunlight has its own drawback in form of sharp contrasts & deep shadows, and yellow and white flowers losing form

That’s for sure. Photographing in too-bright light is difficult, to say the least.

Much prefer slightly overcast. But colours do look so much better in the sun!

I hear you. Though too much sun washes out the colours so we just need that happy medium!

I guess a happy medium is in peaceful contact with the dead!

Amazing, aren’t they. But so dependant on the sun to bring that colour out!
