A selection of the photos taken on our walk 8th June 2023. Enjoy.
These are our native roses…
Pink Hogweed, up close…
Cranesbill, up close…
You mightn’t think of these as flowers, and yet they are!
Last year’s crop lingers on…
White Campion, always a gem…
And now for the others…
That’s all for now folks.
Next week we’ll be beside the sea. Join me then.

Aww, lovely. Love the ladybug 🐞

Thank you. I try to vary the walks, and thus to vary the photos 🙂

You say we mightn’t think of “these” as flowers and then you leave us hanging by not telling us what they are. You are a cruel woman, Crispina.
Other than that, your photos are lovely!

Sorry, Dale. Plantains, the plague of my lawn, they flourish even when the grass does not! Yet I love their flowering head. 😁😉😘😎

Oh yes. I should have realised. They are everywhere. Even in the cracks of my stones. Bloody hell… They do have healing properties, plantains do :D😎😉

Despite they’re threatening a total take-over of my lawn, I do love to see them

I love to be beside your side, beside the sea,
