Sunday Picture Post: Beneath a Heavy Sky

In like a lion, out like a lamb, so they say of March. Our March came in cold and wet. But on the first day we did manage to get out for a walk…to Burlingham Woods.

But we’re not yet wet when we arrive at the first part of the woods

Disappointed that the daffodils aren’t yet in flower…

Yet the deeper into the woods, the more the flowers…

And the sun appears. Maybe it won’t rain after all

Hope you enjoyed our little walk. We had our eyes on that sky, was it to rain or wasn’t it. It had rained earlier, when we first set out, but now the sun was shining.
