I suppose that goes to the familiarity of even lovely things, that they do become ordinary. Something to be careful of I guess, not to lose that sense of admiration.

I think, with the camera, the lens focuses the mind in a different way, and everything becomes beautiful again. Why else would I line up the photos? I have to say, my daughter/hike buddy doesn’t always see the beauty where I do. So she comes home with 100 photos while I come home with 400!
