Suzie Trotter trotted out
She told her friends “to have a snout”
Gotta be something beyond this wall
This pokey city couldn’t be all
She trotted fast to be away
To be caught would ruin her day
And lo!
And see!
A golden field beyond Pig City

Cute!! You must be privy to more than that one picture, I couldn’t find that shot. 😉

Thank you. I’m an old fashioned poet… a rhythm & rhymer

That poem’s fun! And as for the pig farm… that’s not all bad compared to other ways they’re often kept them (at least for summer). Of course I don’t know the details…

Lots of field-reared piggeries in this part of Norfolk… can’t say for elsewhere

This seems to be a good place where you live.

It is. Not every farmer, but a high%.

I would never have guessed it was a pig farm…

We have smart piggeries around here. But usually the smell gives it away

I’m sure in the future smell will be attached to photos. Can’t say I’m looking forward to it.

We’re used to passing piggeries. They’re not too bad when out in the field. The worst ones are the indoor pigs. That can be… fierce
