We’ve had a wet summer. But even so we weren’t expecting to find quite so many fungi on our walk on 7th August. Here’s the pick of the photos. Enjoy.

Hope you enjoyed. It’s still a little early for the fungi to be everywhere easily found, so Friday Fungi isn’t yet a regular feature. But soon…

We had a dry summer in Italy. It rained last week, finally, but no mushrooms yet.

These were after a wet July. Yesterday I was hunting. Some in the pastures, but no wood-eaters.
