After a month of mostly slab-grey sky, 27th January promised to be sunny. We take a bus to Norwich, and another to Cromer on the North Norfolk Coast. Here’s some of the photos from our day out. Enjoy…
Cromer Pier, famous for its theatre
Yes, this is a North Sea surfer…
While it’s the perfect day for a stroll along the prom, we’ve decided to go visit the lighthouse up on that hill. Please come with us…
A backward look…
Looking back to Beeston Stump, the highest place in Norfolk (cos we’re a mostly flat county)
Looking down…
Looking back…
Looking ahead…
Destination…
Hope you enjoyed. We certainly did

Thank you, Sadje. Wish I could be there every day…and the sun shine just like it did that day. Oh well, back to grey skies! 🙂

While all the pics are lovely, including the lighthouse, I am in awe of that pier with the theatre!

And it’s a producing theatre (the one I worked at was receiving only). It’s very popular. The good old days!!!

Yay, agreed. Not the first time I’ve done this walk, but last time was back in 2016! It was a wonderful day. Happy happy 🙂 🙂 🙂

Beautiful! I love the sea and live near the waters of Westchester County in NY. I don’t think I’d ever be happy in a land-locked environment. I would just exist.

Thank you. I used to live inland…by which I mean 25 miles from the coast, and close to the rivers that connect land to sea. I couldn’t live where there’s no obvious watercourse!
