But the ailing barn provided a good photo opportunity.

It wasn’t the only one seen that day. We seemed to have hit on a corner of Suffolk where the idea of costly renovations hadn’t yet caught on. Which pleased me. It was taken on the walk which is featured tomorrow

Thank you, Deborah.
Getting close to the end of the year. Fewer and fewer title left to chose from. Makes it tougher than it was at the beginner

Rustic is definitely the right word!

We passed so many barns and sheds that could have qualified. But I liked this one.

Ailing barns are the most interesting to photograph. And this one is so colourful!

And it’s amazing that there’s a pony out front, as if this is the pony’s home. Which maybe it is.

tbh, when I saw the barn from the road, I didn’t expect to find any life. But, into the little lane to the gate and… whoah! What’s here.

Even better. I love when we discover more than we thought could be there.

It was a magical walk. The same walk as last week’s “scarecrow” and today’s misty photos

It looks like it’s becoming part of the land already.

It’s that kind of land. Like everything’s slumped. Hardly any new buildings. All the more beautiful for that
