I didn’t expect to find such a thing here
Not in my hometown
Nothing magical here.
That’s why first off, I thought it an underpass.
Yet… what was that I saw beyond it?
Red? Red trees, red bushes?
What was this strange land?
Where was it?
And ought I to follow the white rabbit through?
My first thought is how many of us don’t really notice the world around us. That is, taking the time to really look. But you added a twist with the white rabbit. 🙂

Almost always on these challenges, I will finish on a twist. I think it’s the only way I can write a micro 🙂 Have you seen the size of my books?

Yep. But I avoided the word. Didn’t want it obvious till you reached that last line

Absolutely, you must! There is a world out there to discover, not to be blocked by cement blocks! 😉

Well I did. That’s the route I take to the North Side of Breydon. I took the photo the same afternoon/evening as I took the sunset photos.

Well, I’d not follow the white rabbit into the tunnel – that’s a scary place on the other side!

That place the otherside was the North Side of Breydon, brightly coloured in the sunset

There’s always magic somewhere – often in your words Crispina!
