Welcome to my weekly challenge—open to all—just for FUN, FUN, FUN
Here’s how it works:
Every Wednesday I post a photo (this week it’s that one above.)
You respond with something CREATIVE
Here are some suggestions:
- An answering photo
- A cartoon
- A joke
- A caption
- An anecdote
- A short story (flash fiction)
- A poem
- A newly minted proverb, adage or saying
- An essay
- A song—the lyrics or the performance
You have plenty of scope and only two criteria:
- Your creative offering is indeed yours
- Your writing is kept to 150 words or less
If you post a link in the comments section of this post I’ll be able to find it
If you include Crimson’s Creative Challenge as a heading, WP Search will find it (theory)
If you tag it #CCC others should be able to find it by ‘Searching’ in the WP Reader (fingers crossed)
Here’s wishing you inspirational explosions. And FUN.
Details of the photo are given, if relevant, below this line

A day of few words. Internet has hiccups. I’m having to squeeze my comments in between the hics. 🙂

LOL! WP has been mean to quite a few peeps lately.
LikeLiked by 1 person
Wow, not just me? Early today it would allow me to post comments once every 3 ot 4 minutes, But the internet has been erratic. Yet when I can access my emails, but not Google Maps … I start to puzzle over it.
Anyway, apparently we’re working now. Probably due to cosmic rays, or something. Coronal mass ejections, maybe. Or absence of solar flares. Or rusty wires. 🙂

Nope! Far from just you!
All of the above play a part 😉

Just ironic that I discover more than one of the bloggers I follow had issues…

Ah-ha. Well, I shall hammer on wood and bravely declare than mine now seems to be resolved. One shall see. If I don’t return in a couple of days, don’t send out a search party, just eat all the beans.
Um, except you woudn’t know cos I have scheduled posts for reat of week. Ah, but you would know cos I wouldn’t respond to comments and stuff. Ah-ha. But my absence for the next couple of hours is due to a food break. 🙂

Exactly. I expect a daily offering from you. I would definitely have some “hmmmm” moments…
Enjoy your food break! nom nom nom

Well, I don’t post for a Friday. That’s the day I organise it all. I’m a very methodical person. I have to be, elsewise I panic and freak. 🙂
LikeLiked by 1 person
Puh-leeze… so you don’t post on one day per week. Your organisational skills are to be admired. I am a helter-skelter type, myself.
LikeLiked by 1 person
Used to be. Though that’s a long ago memory. As I’ve said before, my work depended upon it. It’s like, can you imagine organiizing Live Aid without such skills. No, I was not involved. And I never did anything that big. But the principle is the same.

Sometimes I fool myself into thinking I’m organised (even better, I fool others!)
But must times I’m just winging it!

If it works … I’m a boring lists person, though most times that list is hidden away in my head. Must do so-and-so, so-and-so and so-and-so. Who’s to know the chant that ratt;es through me. But, Darling, she’s so organised.

Well, I hope you remain enthusiastic. I try to vary the photo-prompts. It gives me something productive and fun to do with the accumulation of photos; more about to accumulate with the new walk-hike-ramble season now begun. 🙂

Just the one rule: do not exceed 150 words. Reply with a photo, a joke, a caption, what have you. Be creative, that’s the name of it. 🙂

Padre answered this prompt with a photo of his own … taken from the inside! Brillant.
The pub is very well know, but I didn’t want to forcus on the inn, It was those bottles, and the leaded glass (original, not the fake stuff).
Look forward to seeing your second take on it. 🙂
