The things you see when walking your dog. Dead bodies – they’re always found by dogwalkers. And couples coupling. I’ve never encountered either.
But I did see this.
Is it a drug deal? Or a trade in diamonds? Amsterdam is directly across the sea. Is it a hostage exchange?
But my money’s on an innocent explanation. A mechanic, maybe, helping to fix a limping cruiser.
Maybe it’s something exciting disguised as ordinary 😅

Perhaps. I never did find out. I was certainly intrigued. And you know, as a writer, my imagination was working overtime 🙂

They’re looking for Fredo Corleone.

Is that what it is? Wow!

Probably the mechanic thing. I find boaters help each other out when someone is stranded. Maybe putting a tow line? Or maybe one guy is selling fish?

I think it highly likely that it was someone lending much needed help! But I like your idea of selling fish

Yeah that does happen sometimes when a fresh catch will be sold to another boat or at a dock. Maybe more often at a dock though. In the Bahamas you’ll see the lobster guys at the docks welling to the boats tied up in marinas that cook aboard.

I suppose it could have been a selling of fish…especially fish caught without licence (this is a nature reserve!)
