He’s stopped doing press ups, doesn’t even do sit ups now, and last year he cancelled the London Marathon 🙂 🙂 🙂

I’d say I get a fair amount from him. He also writes; couple a years back he e-published his memoire, though it’s not available beyond the family. Peace and War, he called it. His experiences from joining army in 1938-39, to the end of WWII.

Excellent! We really wish if the physical outer appearance could be changed! Ageing is the truth people can’t take lightly… And I wouldn’t blame them

With me it’s only the achy bits. Damage yourself enough, and the rot sets in. And I am good at acruing knocks and strains. I have lead a pretty active life, and still do (though nothing compared with a sportsman)

Yes. People can have active life always. I think it’s more of a heart thing. If you want to stay active you can, of course it will be different though a little.
