The sloe’s okay, but I don’t like gin. And I wasn’t much older than 16 when I discovered that. Have never drunk it since.

Troublesome perty bees, mixing up the flowers’ pollens. Why, they might mate a giant with a dwarf. Though it would add to the world’s diversity. 🙂

I didn’t realize that included natural sugars in fruit, that’s unfortunate. And not by me either, because my forced low-carb diet means I have to limit things like jam, and if I made a whole batch, that would be very difficult!

Fructrose is the worst. That’s what sent my sugar levels back up. So… now on low carb, though not as low as I was when I keto. Keto brought the sugar levels back down to below normal. But I was missing my big plates of vegetables. I allow one treat a week of fruit.
