The Spectacle Goose, better known as the Egyptian Goose, having escaped from some ornamental fowl collection, now breeds amongst the Norfolk Broads. I snapped these at South Walsham Broad.
Egyptian Goose, male
Mother goose with 2 of her goslings
The family (note now 3 goslings) head out across the broad
And having paddled, dived and had some fun, head back home
Back to a safe haven . . . where enchanted tourists feed them bread and biscuits!
Photos taken at South Walsham Broad.
