Esmeralda and the Frog

Princess Esmeralda stood beside the well and wished. True to the tradition of beautiful princesses, she wished for a handsome prince.

“Croak, croak,” said the frog that appeared at her feet.

Now Princess Esmeralda was no dunce. She knew it was in the true tradition of handsome princes to appear in the likeness of a frog. So… she picked up the slimy smelly green creature and planted a willing kiss upon his gaping, foul-smelling mouth.

“Croak, croak.”

“Croak, croak.”

The two frogs hopped along the path towards the pond in the palace grounds.

I leave you to decide the moral.
